Hi Sonia. You can download the goal sheet from Day 1 of the challenge. When it opens it does appear that the screen is blank but if you scroll down you will see the questions.

Hi Sonia
Once you are on my weight loss blog home page you will see the days going from day 1 to day 30. If you then click on the ‘Watch Here’ link it will then take you to that specific day. Once you are on that page you will see some text in which I explain what I will be descibing in the video. If the video contains a workshhet you will see this link contained in the text. You will notice these links because next to them ou will see (right click and save as…. ).

I got your message with regards to my free 30 day weight loss challenge. I am extremely sorry that you have not had a reply.
I run a very busy hypnosis practice however I am very committed to the work that I do online because I know how helpful it is.
I have to approve all messages that are placed on my website because if I didn’t it would be spammed.
This is very annoying because it does mean I do have to approve each message I receive and on rare occasions it might mean I accidentally delete a genuine message.
All I can think is that your message on my website must have been deleted accidentally instead of approved.
I am not sure what happened to the questionnaire you sent but when I am back in my office tomorrow I will check this.
Again please accept my apologies and to show how genuinely sorry I am I will also send you a free weight loss self hypnosis when I’m in my office.

Great way to start the weekend. I am doing zumba 3x a week and plan to start running. Working my way up to a fun run on 12 May.
The advice is practical. No fad dieting just sensibility.
My website is a blog and each day of my challenge is on a separate page and this means that you can post a comment on each page.
That means if you are on day 7 you can comment about that particular video if you want to. This can be a good thing because it means you can ask a question about that video but it can also be a negative thing because it may appear like the message as been deleted.
