Self hypnosis for weight loss is very effective for helping you change your bad habits. 

If you use self hypnosis then losing weight will occur easily and naturally for you.  But you have to make the decision today to do whatever it takes to achieve your ideal weight.

Once you have really made this decision for yourself, something very special will happen to you. You will start to notice a calming confidence in your ability to achieve your personal weight goal.

Of course, losing weight and reaching your ideal size will not happen overnight, it is something that you have to keep working on.  But what are the alternatives? 

Most people, yourself included have probably tried countless diets without success. 

What you have to do is teach yourself new ways of thinking about food.  You need to see food as something that gives you the energy to do the things you love in life.

Self hypnosis will help you to get motivated and exited in order to do what is necessary, whether that will be to love exercising or to develop a positive relationship with food.

By learning self hypnosis you can change your eating habits and get healthy body that you desire.

Self hypnosis technique

You should practice this self hypnosis technique for 10 to 20 minutes every day for the best results.  However this is not set in stone, the more you do it the quicker the results will come.

Step 1

Find yourself a calm and relaxing place to practice self-hypnosis. You can lie down or sit in a comfortable chair and close your eyes.

Step 2

Focus your attention – effortlessly on a spot opposite you, slightly above eye level.

Step 3

Take 3 deep breaths – slowly.  As you inhale your third breath, hold it for 3 full seconds as you count backwards: 3…2…1

Step 4

Close your eyes as you exhale and mentally say the word RELAX to yourself.

Step 5

Start to mentally count backwards from 25 to 1.  (NOTE: If it helps, visualize or imagine each number being written on a blackboard or shown on a computer screen).

Step 6

Start to give yourself suggestions. 

“I eat only at meal times”
“I am in control of food”
“I exercise at least 3 times per week and I love it”

You can have up to 10 commands like this. Repeat each one 5 times before going to the next suggestion.
