		<description>Hi Gary I just turned 51 and lost my job in October and I have had no exercise since then.&#160; Not like I was doing it before but I had lots of movement.&#160; NOW, I am couch potato obese woman.&#160; I weigh 241 and I can barely get dressed without getting winded.&#160; I want to lose weight for health and mental reasons.&#160; My motivation is weak because depression keeps slipping in but I liked your hypnosis video and it made me feel better and today I think I chose to eat less.&#160; I am looking forward to working with you and am keeping my fingers cross for success.&#160; Thank you for doing this for me and others like me.</description>

At present I do not have any self hypnosis session for motivation to exercise.  However in the next few weeks, once my New Year rush is over I am going to record a session on this subject.  Once I have done that I will let you know and you will then be able to download this from this blog.</description>
