    Hi Gary. More than a month ago I was desperately looking for some hypnosis to get rid of my 20 years old nail biting habit. It is then when I came across your video on YouTube. Listened to it three times a day for two days n today I hv long healthy nails. I can’t thank you enough. Words will never b enough to pay thanks to you.
    Today I m here looking for weight loss program. I want to lose 6-7 kg. I m not eating too much or unhealthy. I m also active n exercising but still not been able to lose weight.   4. I am moderately overweight guy, planning to go on a weight loss plan to get my self fit and get the body I’ve always wanted. So before I start on this, I want to know if I really have to be supper hardcore fan of sports, like really devote most of my time to it? I see a lot of the guys who are ripped are usually mad about sports and gym. I’m not much of a sports person, so to be a fan of sports is gonna be a big challenge for me. Is there anyway out of it? Like if just go for a jog 4 times a week and gym twice a week, will it help? I need motivation guys, please give me some advice! Thanks!

      You do not have to be a big fan of sport in order to be successful with your weight. I have helped people to manage their weight that do no exercise, they just stay in control of food. You do not always have to do sport, you can just be more active, walking to the shop instead of taking the car, using the stairs instead of the lift.

      I think jogging four times per week and going to the gym twice during the week is more than enough exercise. Just stay committed and you will get the body that you desire.
